SleepHaven 30-Day Trial & Return Policy

At SleepHaven, we want every customer in Malaysia to enjoy the best sleep possible. So, SleepHaven introduces a 30-Day home trial, giving you the opportunity to test its cooling comfort, ergonomic support, and premium layers right in your own bedroom.


How the SleepHaven 30-Day Trial Works:

Decide if the mattress is the right fit for you
If it’s not the perfect fit, request a return on our Contact Us page within the trial period (within 30 days from the delivery date).

Eligibility for return & refund request
• 
The mattress must be used on a proper bed frame or foundation.
•  Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
•  Only mattresses purchased directly from SleepHaven are eligible.

Return process
•  Our support team will guide you through the process of arranging collection.
•  Klang Valley: SleepHaven arranges direct mattress collection from your home. Collection is typically scheduled within 3-7 business days.
•  Other areas of Peninsular Malaysia: Customers are responsible for returning the mattress to SleepHaven’s KL warehouse. Guidance and recommended shipping partners will be provided; shipping costs may apply.
•  East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Customers are responsible for shipping the mattress back to SleepHaven’s KL warehouse. Shipping costs and logistics need to be arranged by the customer, with guidance provided.

Refund process timeline
•  An evaluation will be done within seven (7) business days from the day SleepHaven receives your returned items.
•  You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item is received and processed for a refund.
•  Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon confirmation of the refund.
•  Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item on Arrival:

Check immediately
•  Inspect your mattress within 48 hours of delivery.
•  This policy covers incorrect items, manufacturing defects, or transit damage only.
•  Normal wear and tear, stains, or damage caused by misuse are not covered.
•  The mattress must be returned in the original delivery condition with manuals, warranty cards, and a certificate of authenticity attached in order to qualify for a refund.

•  Contact our support team via the Contact Us page, email, or WhatsApp.
•  Include your order number and photos of the damage or defect.
•  Our support team will verify the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Report to SleepHaven
•  SleepHaven will arrange a replacement mattress at no additional cost.
•  If a replacement is not possible, a full refund of your mattress purchase price will be issued.
